Luis Bolívar (Kike)

My name is Luis Enrique Bolívar Marín, although most people know me simply as Kike, In fact, I respond more naturally to that name than to Luis. I was born in Caracas, Venezuela, a May 23, 2000, and I currently have 25 years. I am a capital city resident with a traveling soul, who since the 22 years old emigrated to the United States, seeking growth and new opportunities, without leaving aside the deep desire to continue to contributing to my country and my people from wherever I am.

Since I was a child, my parents encouraged me to study English. I remember that back then, like many children, my interests were in other things, less in learning a language. But they insisted, pushed me with love and vision, knowing that English would be a key tool for my future. It wasn't until a trip I took to United States in 2014 that my perspective changed completely: I understood the real importance of the language and I saw clearly the sacrifice my parents were making to educate me. To this day, I cannot find enough words to thank them.

That turning point marked the rest of my life. Thanks to English, I have had job opportunities everywhere I have been: from my time in the Dominican Republic, where I lived for a year at the age of 18, until my experience teaching English in Venezuela between the ages of 20 and 22 years old, and now, in the United States, working with Native Americans in an all-English environment.

For me, English is not just a language. It is a philosophy of life. It is part of my identity. Learning it opened the door to French, I also began to study this language in Caracas, between the ages of 17 and 18. Today, I have a very clear objective: speak five languages by the age of 30. To that list I am adding the Italian and the Portuguese, Although I have not yet mastered them, they are an active part of my personal projects.

I was trained in institutions such as the Loscher Language School and especially in the Wall Street Institute in Caracas, where I finished consolidating my language skills. In parallel, I started giving private lessons, online tutoring, and getting involved in educational projects. Currently, I am involved in the development of the Step by Step methodology of the Wediom project, The objective is to offer accessible and effective language training for everyone.

I am a person outgoing, social and enthusiastic, with a deep vocation for teaching. Speaking and teaching are two things I am genuinely passionate about. Language, more than just a job, is my hobby, my lifestyle and my channel to connect with the world..

My dream is to build a low-cost educational platform, where anyone, regardless of their origin or economic situation, can learn a language with quality resources, making the most of modern tools such as internet and artificial intelligence. Today more than ever, learning a second language is within everyone's reach.

Teaching, for me, is show students the world that opens up just by speaking another language. The possibilities are endless, and the only thing that really sets limits is the mind of each individual. Therefore, the message I want to leave to all my students is clear:

“You set the limit. And if you don't set it... it just doesn't exist.”

Josue Mora - @Josuweb

My name is Josue Mora, I'm 27 years old and I'm a web designer, programmer and webmaster. I live in Caracas, Venezuela, and my professional path has been a journey of effort, learning and constant evolution.

Since I graduated from high school in 2015, I discovered my passion for technology and began to train in different institutions such as the Central University of Venezuela (UCV) and Microsoft Lourtec, where I acquired valuable skills in programming and web development. During that stage I met Luis Bolivar, with whom I would later build a solid friendship and a professional alliance that has marked much of my career.

Over the years I have continued my education in a self-taught way and through online platforms, perfecting my knowledge in digital marketing, UX/UI design, SEO, SEM, PHP, JavaScript, HTML, CSS and Photoshop, among many other areas. Today, I consider myself an integral web designer, capable of developing from corporate websites to complex custom platforms, always looking to innovate and improve in each project.

My professional growth took off in 2017, when a friend who ran a marketing agency trusted me to create his first websites. Since then, my trajectory has only expanded: I have developed more than 999 websites internationally, collaborating with companies and entrepreneurs from different countries, including a major SEO agency in Spain and several independent projects in Latin America and Europe.

My approach is based on excellence, creativity and commitment to each client. I firmly believe that technology not only transforms businesses, but also lives, and my mission is to continue creating digital tools that drive the growth of people and brands around the world.

Jesus Lozano

Hello

My name is Jesus Lozano. I was born in Venezuela December 6, 2002, and I proudly carry with me the gentilicio and the constancy of my land. With my 23 years old, I have dedicated myself to building a career in teaching English, driven by a deep conviction: «With perseverance and sacrifice, great things are achieved.», It is this principle that guides me in accompanying others in their learning process.

From a young age, my steps took me on a journey of academic exploration. It all started with my mother, who enrolled me in an English course with a private teacher. Although at first it was an obligation, that early experience planted the seed of my interest in the language. After graduating from high school, I began my studies at the Central University of Venezuela (UCV) in Economics, with the goal of migrating to Modern Languages, but circumstances did not allow it. Later, I ventured into Business Administration, a career that I did not complete either, as my true passion was stronger.

This path of searching and discarding was my big turning point. I abandoned the traditional routes to focus fully on the English, studying with a private teacher and, above all, self-taught, day after night, day after night.. It was in this process of personal learning that I not only acquired mastery of the language, but also understood the challenges and effective tools to teach it.

While studying management, I channeled all that experience into a new project. I began to design a customized course, based entirely on my own journey and on the methodologies that really work. So, I took the step into teaching: I started by giving classes online for two years and, thanks to the success and demand, I expanded my work to the in-person classes.

I consider myself a person persevering, responsible and very determined in achieving their goals. In the classroom, I am creative and organized, I have the essential qualities to structure dynamic and effective lessons. Beyond my profession, my passion for the languages goes beyond work, using them even as a hobby. In addition, another hobby I have is soccer, which I have always used as a necessary balance to clear and relax the mind.

I am currently working on the reinforcement of the “step by step” of Wediom, where it is a language learning platform focused on a single language. more practical and immersive approach. I aspire to build a tool that revolutionizes the way people access a new language, turning it into a vehicle for communication and personal development.

Teaching, for me, is about sharing my passion and demonstrating that, with the right approach, anyone can achieve fluency. As I like to say:

«If you set your mind to it and act consistently, it happens.»

Manuel Colmenares

My name is José Colmenares. I was born in Venezuela in 1999, and grew up as the younger of two brothers in an environment that, unbeknownst to me, was molding my personality and building my vision of the world.

From a young age, music became a passion thanks to my brother's influences. Thanks to those rhythms, he awakened in me a deep passion for music, art and fashion as I spent a lot of time listening to music and watching music videos through YouTube and television. These three disciplines are not only hobbies of my childhood and adulthood, they are the source that today shape my work.

In my life, like everyone's, I have gone through ups and downs. However, in difficult times I have always found what I like to call «angels» that God has put in my path, people who have reached out to me without expecting anything in return and in a selfless way.

Those experiences and people marked me to such an extent that I made a promise to myself to always help whoever I could, which awakened a sincere curiosity for the humanities, specifically for psychology. I studied for a semester, but due to circumstances beyond my control, including the year in which the pandemic was declared, I was forced to put my studies on hold.

That time at home became an opportunity to resume my true passions. Although I was always self-taught in design and in the use of the programs, it was then when I decided to focus completely and formally study Advertising and Marketing, which was the option available and closer to my motivations, and along the way I ended up developing a love for the profession.

As I took my first steps in the working world as a FreeLancer (creating visual identities and content for networks), my goal was consolidated: to transform a simple idea into a visual piece with soul and real impact. I've cultivated my skills as a Publicist and my passion for design to do just that: create authentic connections with people. I consider myself someone who likes to experiment and try new things.

This is where purpose meets profession. Projects like Wediom Education are life-changing and become the true engine of your mission. I am extremely proud to be part of this platform. Its mission is immense: it goes beyond teaching English. Its real purpose is to build an immersive and dynamic experience to give people the ‘key to global success’.

For me, it was an absolute privilege to use my creativity as a Publicist and my design skills to give shape, color and soul to this educational dream. To feel that my work contributes a grain of sand to the creation of a platform that boosts education and opens new doors of learning is incredibly motivating.

This alignment between my creative passion and a noble purpose is why I love being part of this project. I am committed that my vision and energy will always serve purposeful projects.

Adrian Gomez

My name is Adrián Gómez, I'm 19 years old and I'm from Venezuela. Since I was a child I was always a very creative person; I loved art, colors and everything that had to do with drawing and creating. In addition, I have always felt a great passion for soccer and music, two things that inspire me and accompany me in my day to day life. I would spend hours drawing, listening to my favorite songs or playing soccer with friends, enjoying every moment of expression and creativity.

As I got older, my curiosity began to turn towards the world of technology and computers. I loved video games and the whole gaming world, which further sparked my interest in digital and led me to spend a lot of time exploring how things worked behind the screen. I had a YouTube channel where I would upload videos playing games, and eventually I got tired of not being able to create thumbnails that I really liked. That's when I started looking for ways to improve them, and in that process I discovered Adobe Photoshop. That's where it all started: my curiosity to learn turned into a real passion for graphic design. I felt I had found the perfect combination between my love for art, technology and video games.

I started self-taught, looking for tutorials, watching videos and constantly practicing with Photoshop. Little by little I was understanding the tools and developing my first digital compositions, each one better than the previous one.

At the age of 14, I had my first freelance job: creating thumbnails for a YouTube channel that talked about the world of cryptocurrencies. Although it didn't last long, it was a very valuable experience that taught me what the working world of design was really like. I learned to communicate with clients, to meet deadlines and, above all, to value my work and my time. That stage allowed me to grow both professionally and personally.

After that experience, I was a bit disconnected from design for a few years and lost some of the passion I had discovered. However, as time went by, that spark was rekindled. With a more mature and focused way of thinking, I decided to get back on track and started taking graphic design courses, learning to use Photoshop and Illustrator in a more professional way. I felt I was making progress, but I still didn't feel completely comfortable with what I was doing.

Until one day, practicing, I started to create designs for social networks: flyers, carousels, banners and other types of visual content. Without realizing it, I had found the branch of graphic design in which I felt most comfortable and enjoyed the most. That was the stage in which I really discovered my style and reaffirmed that this was what I wanted to do.

Eventually I also became interested in the world of video editing. I already knew it since I was a kid, because I used to edit my own videos for my YouTube channel, but this time I decided to take it more seriously. As with design, I started to learn in a self-taught way, exploring programs, techniques and editing styles that would allow me to improve and express my ideas in a more dynamic and professional way.

And so I came to the present, where I am in charge of all content creation and management of Wediom's social networks, a project that has allowed me to unite my two passions: design and editing, applying them in a creative, educational and constantly growing environment.

Along the way, I have come to understand that graphic design and video editing are not only about creating something visually appealing, but also about conveying ideas, emotions and messages in an authentic way. Today, at 19 years old, I am still learning every day, because there is always something new to discover, a technique to improve or an idea that can become the next big project. My goal is to continue to grow as a designer and editor, to create content that inspires others and to prove that with passion, perseverance and creativity, anything is possible.

ABRAHAN MARIN

I am ABRAHAN ALBERTO MARIN JIMÉNEZ, born in Caracas Venezuela on October 25, 1987, my parents are ALBERTO MARÍN and EDITH DE MARIN, also Venezuelan, natives of the capital. At the present time I am 38 years old, I am married with ANYOLY VALERA de MARIN, a beautiful woman, enterprising, intelligent of profession Teacher in Spanish and literature besides being also professional in the aesthetics of hands and feet, she is the love of my life, we have 14 years knowing each other of which 11 we have been married, we are a team.

In my life there are several important points for me, my beliefs, my family and my continuous professional training of which I will talk a little on this occasion. I am a WITNESS of JEHOVAH, since I was a child my parents instilled in me the biblical teaching which throughout my life was molding my personality, attitudes and the way I see life, as I learned more and more about JEHOVAH and his son JESUS CHRIST I understood that there is a deeper purpose in life, the bible promises many things and one of them is eternal life in a new world, without evil where all people who love JEHOVAH and his son can be happy forever, I learned that from my parents who through the bible told me stories of people of antiquity who served GOD, as MOSES, JOSUÉ, ABRAHAN, in fact my name was taken from the bible. My family consisted of my parents and my 3 younger sisters (Yes, I am the eldest, the master of the universe in my house and the prince of mom and my sisters, hahahaha yes I was), I always used to play with my sisters, I took care of them a lot just like my dad took care of us, I had an unforgettable childhood even though we were humble, only my father worked and we were several so there were no luxuries but we were spoiled with trips and gifts when we could but more important than that was the teaching I got from them.

I have 2 children, not with my current wife, they are called Daniel Marin and Rebeca Marin, he is currently 16 years old and my princess 18, seeing how big they are I just think they are strong and healthy .... The passage of time is continuous, we must take advantage of the time with our children, wife, family, time does not come back, I also have 6 nieces and nephews whom I love with my life, they are my children too, the oldest is called Sebastian Daniel and his brother Benjamin, followed by Abigail, Charlotte, Sofia and Heily. Family is very important, we should never neglect them and no matter what happens we should take care of them.

Professionally. I work since I was 18 years old, I went through many things at the beginning, but I gained experience over the years, I realized that I had a special talent in the area of technology, then I decided to study computer science, I graduated in 2015 TSU IN COMPUTING but long before I was already working in the area, it all started with my first PC, from there I understood how this world worked, so much so that today I am a FULLSTACK SYSTEM DEVELOPER, having mastery of the technology, I have a lot of experience in the area of computer science.
I can handle any programming language because I understand the principle on which they are based, but as usual we specialize in something, at the moment I fully master Java, Javascript, Python, Node and various frameworks such as Angular, Nest.js and Laravel. Everything is a continuous learning process because technology advances fast so we must always keep updated, thanks to this knowledge I have managed to participate in important developments with Banco de Venezuela, Banco Mercantil, Seguros Caracas and mainly with Wediom.

Cesár Augusto

My name is César Augusto, I was born in the year two thousand on the eighth of February. If you wonder how I consider myself, I will say that I am a lover of all cultures around the world, philosophy is my passion and knowledge for the sake of knowledge is my habit par excellence. My relationship with English has been a bit strange, since I was a child I was never interested in it except to play the games I had at home and whose tutorials were only in English. In high school I was not good at all in English, I barely understood “hello, how are you” and from there I did not understand anything else, the truth is that I was not good at it.

Having graduated from high school, the love for philosophy was born, basic questions, to know why things happen, to understand why there are questions that have so many different answers was what most caught my attention at that time, I was about eighteen or maybe nineteen years old, but when I searched and researched on the internet, I realized that English, I understood at that time that English is not just for leaving the country and looking for a job, it is a way of seeing the world and even living, since it expands your knowledge and abilities.

At the end of the year two thousand nineteen I managed to graduate from a basic English course, thus achieving the first step to understand and know much more. Spoiler! The pandemic came, without thinking about it, the pandemic gave me one of the craziest opportunities of my life, since I had never imagined myself as an English teacher and there I was in the middle of the pandemic, pushed by the situation and surprised by what I managed to do with that tool called English.

To be honest one of the most memorable experiences I have had with this language was being able to talk for about three hours with a person whose life was in the Asian continent, being able to share stories, opinions, anecdotes, advice and thoughts was the most memorable thing I can say to this day that I have achieved with English, not everything is the job or the money you can get, many times it is the stories you can tell and the anecdotes you can mention thanks to the experience it gives you.
